ONLINE SPORTS REGISTRATION FOR 2024-25 IS NOW OPEN!

This easy to use online system is designed to help make it even easier for parents to sign up their student athlete for a sport or sports during the 2023-24 school year. Using this new system, you can register for all sports now for the entire school year!

2. Fill out forms, make sure to download a signed physical examination form a doctor.

Physical Examination

Students registering for athletics must have a current physical examination form submitted before the student is authorized to participate in practice.

Please upload the completed physical card on step 4 of the registration process

An easy way to remember this is to have it completed for a student's 7th grade year.  

Physician signature required. Information about whether your student-athlete needs to have their physical examination for participation is found below.

BEFORE APRIL 1, 2023 - NEED PHYSICAL

AFTER APRIL 1, 2023 - MARCH 31, 2024 - GOOD FOR ONE MORE YEAR

APRIL 1, 2024 - CURRENT DATE - GOOD FOR 2 YEARS
